Let’s get to it! 🙌🏼 I’m super excited to start this mini series for you that you can do from the comfort of your home. ⠀⠀

There will not be any heavy equipment used but I will be using bands, if you don’t have any bands at home, don’t worry! The workout will be as effective just double your reps. ⠀⠀

Every time I work on my glutes I start with glute isolation to help activate and warm me up. This is a really simple but yet effective set 🍑✨⠀⠀4 x 15 each
