You are more than what you look like and you are more than what you do. Your soul can be deep and vast and spiritual if you develop that part of yourself. The inner cultivation of the Self is the most important gift you can give to yourself and to the world. Your inner life is your real life and everything external eventually goes away.
If you aren’t cultivating that and are relying on your looks or Instagram for validation then it’s a sad slippery slope of injectables and filler and duck lips and being half/fully naked on here hiding behind messages of empowerment and freedom which don’t actually need to be next to a picture of your ass for the millionth time.
