Being able to lead rooftop yoga classes during the sunrises with beautiful rainbows parting the skies, while small clouds are kissing the mountains, then enjoying the sunsets before leading another class under the stars while our movements are only lit up by the moon was truly so lovely and made my heart soar!
I knew that bringing yoga to the world one soul at a time is my passion, my calling.
Helping people breakthrough their doors of suffering and judgement placed onto them by their own thoughts and others, and into the world of life— into the world of expansion, creativity, vulnerability and growth. Knowing confidently they can live whatever life they truly desire and give themselves permission to live.
While this can be done through teaching individual yoga classes and private sessions, it’s best accessed through immersions.
