Remember to always implement progressive overload & add anything that will add in weight so that your muscles are able to grow 💪🏼⠀

If you have a dumbbell that you have out grown 😅. You can change the tone of your workout to implement progressive overload without needing to buy a new dumbbell just yet.⠀

▫️What does changing the tone mean?⠀
Slower movements!!! Ex: lower into a squat super slow, hold for a sec and then go back up super slow⠀
