I have been getting a lot of questions about what I eat so I thought I would write about it in a post!
I DO NOT BELIEVE IN DIETS ✖️
They are not realistic. Some people like the structure and strictness of them but for most people that does not work because once you are done with it you just go back to eating the food you ate before the diet and you gain the weight again. There’s no point in putting your body through that type of fluctuation. Instead change your lifestyle to healthy eating habits through out the week & treat yourself a little on the weekend!
SO WHAT DO I EAT? 🥗🍲🍜🍝
I stick to mainly a plant based diet because I believe it is the most healthy and there are so many delicious dishes anyone can create! I don’t claim myself to be vegan because I eat eggs like 1 or 2 times a month and I love cheese but I try my best to stay away from it because it has a lot of bad fats in it. So Monday through Friday I eat all my veggie dishes and Saturday I might have a nice brunch full of carbs but then lunch and dinner are light and plant based. On Sunday I have pasta 😋 & dinner will be light and plant based as well.

I LOVE sweets lol but I limit them as well to about 3 times a week and I eat fruit everyday to satisfy my sweet tooth 😊
