Eating clean whole foods was not always a priority in my life until about 4 years ago. My mom raised me to eat home cooked meals but as a Hispanic what we ate included a high amount of foods that cause inflammation.⠀

Eating clean has changed me and the way I feel! ⠀
No more bloating, heavy stomach, hormones going wack. Plus clean eating benefits in our glute growth!! ⠀

It’s simple, mother nature has given us what we need 🌎⠀

My typical diet consists of just plant based foods and rarely from animal. I did list a few animal based foods because not everyone eats just plants. As @drmarkhyman says, to use your meats as a condi-meat rather than most of your meal, each meal should have at least 75% veggies 🌿⠀
