I like to add these workouts in between my gym sessions mainly because weight lifting can be a little harsh on my knees. I know everyone is not the same & some people can completely go hard at the gym 3+ days a week (I use to do that) but for me now, it’s good to take a break from the heavy weights. This is actually as good enough and effective as long as you are challenging yourself that’s why I incorporated heavy bands. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀

▫️Single Leg Bridge | 10 x 4 each leg
▫️Glute Side Plank Lifts | 10 x 4
▫️Side to Side Squat Walks | 20 x 4
▫️Squat with Side Leg Lifts | 20 x 4
▫️Curtsey Lunges | 20 x 4 (modified to stretch my muscles out)
