Here’s some examples on how I apply progressive overload from home! 💪🏼⠀

1. Reduce rest time between sets.⠀
– Try resting for 30 seconds between sets instead of 60 seconds.⠀

2. Adding in more sets.⠀
– Very easy to incorporate and it will challenge your routine.⠀

3. Adding in more reps.⠀
– Instead of doing 4 sets of 15, try 4 x AMRAP (as many reps as possible)⠀

4. Change the tempo of your exercise.⠀
– Try slowing down the eccentric portion of the lift. For example, count to 3 as you lower down into the sumo squat.⠀

5. Adding weights in combination of the above.⠀
– This is not necessary but I enjoy adding in the extra weight for more of a challenge!⠀

Workouts in this post are all 4 sets of 15 each 🍑⠀
