Hip Dips 👀 definitely a big insecurity of mine.

This is what you need to know and how to reduce them!
1 – it is mainly down to your pelvis size and this is something that can’t be changes as down to genetics (thanks mum😉) 2- it can also be down to your Fat percentage! I store fat mainly on my glutes and Hips which creates and enlarged the “hip dip” look
3- The exercises you are doing. If you work mainly the Glute area then this can cause the appearance of the hip dips to look larger (but a sacrifice worth paying for)
So to reduce them, you will need to lower body fat percentage and change up your exercises!
