How I’m currently splitting up my workout week!⠀

Depending on the fitness goals the routine will change. My routine focuses on lower body but I always add some upper body. ⠀

I have learned that having strength in our upper bodies is so important for our long term health & mainly for our backs! Muscles that weaken on our backs can eventually cause tons of back issues 😬⠀

Having @luxefitnessonline has helped me focus on achieving my weekly routine because days like yesterday, I was busy all day but in the afternoon I was able to take just 30 min to do an abs routine & HIIT (high intensity interval training) from home. ⠀
