Step 1: Always start with a weight that is challenging to you but you are still able to keep the correct form of the exercise.⠀

Step 2: Continue using that much weight during your routines until you feel stronger and the weight has become easy (this can take 2 weeks to a month depending on your training).⠀

Step 3: Add an extra 5 to 10 pounds and start all over again with the process!⠀
⠀
REMEMBER that you may need heavier or lighter weights throughout your routine. Each exercise can be different!⠀
