How yogis stretch after a run!

In all seriousness, I am so grateful for my health and that I am able to run, practice yoga, handstands and do everything else I love to do.
.
To #movewell I must #eatwell and also #sleepwell ! I don’t drink coffee because I like to know if my body is telling me I need sleep, to change what I am fueling myself with or if there is something else going on that needs to be addressed. To feel well rested I spend as much time relaxing in my bed as possible, ideally 12 hours a day. Even if I’m not sleeping I like to watch tv, read and listen to podcasts and @nuitschool meditations in my bed.
