I can do these every day but it can be very straining on those inner muscles that corset around your waist, mainly if it’s your first time doing them. If you don’t feel sore the next day, do them again! 😊 ⠀⠀

▫️ Once a day or 3-5 times a week⠀⠀
▫️ Neutral spine (normal curvature of spine)⠀⠀
▫️ Easier to do with an empty stomach⠀⠀
⠀⠀
I started doing these 3-5 times a week but did some extra research and decided to do them everyday for a month ✨ Definitely love doing them & now I have gone back to doing them 3-5 times a week to maintain! ⠀
