👋🏼 I have been posting my current weekly workout routine on my TikTok everyday and also posting it here on Instagram. I hope you guys are enjoying and benefiting from those videos. I started doing these because a lot of you ask me what is my workout routine. ⠀

I always focus on my lower body because it is my favorite but I have dedicated 2 days out of my week for upper body. It is important to work on our upper body as well. I feel like our backs is an area women don’t tend to pay much attention to but building muscles on our backs will help support the structure. One cause of bulging disks is not having that muscle support on our backs.⠀

Aside from my focus on hay platforms about fitness, wellness is what led me to my fitness journey! 🤍🌿⠀
