I love showing up for class and being inspired by my students! At @alonewyork yesterday a couple of people were practicing #mayurasana before class so I added in the 2 arm and 1 arm versions into last night’s flow.
After years of teaching I like to feel the vibe of the room when I walk in and go with that instead of planning something in advance which is more about me and not about who is there in front of me because one arm peacock or “croc” would not be my plan 😅.
