As you can all see I forgot my hair tie so I had to cool down in between by holding my hair up! 🤦🏻♀️ but this was an amazing workout & I’m super sore from it. ⠀

I get a lot of questions about how much I lift so I always suggest a comfortable but challenging weight for you! We are all unique & the weight does not mean anything, what matters is that you feel the burn and are getting results! ⠀

This workout consists of 10-12 reps & 4 sets of each! 🏋🏻♀️ ⠀
