I have been working on glutes and legs consistently for the past month. I’m mainly focusing on my legs but I’m going to continue working on my glutes to maintain. ⠀

I love creating workout routines for all fitness levels that’s why I have a lot of home workouts because my current audience needs those exercises. I do workout heavy at the gym but it’s also achievable from the house if you have the equipment. ⠀
