Today I’m grateful for simple things like having a bathroom (you can see it in my stories!) Soon I’ll be able to move back home and sleep in my own bed and that will feel amazing!

When you’re displaced from your home, you learn a lot about people and about yourself. Unexpected people step up and other people disappear when you ask for help. You roll up your sleeves and get stuff done because there’s no one else who will if you don’t. When you put your home in order, you can see things clearly, let go of the past and all the things and people that are simply taking up space to make room for something new.
