Glute activation is key! It’s so important to wake your glutes up before training them rather than going straight in. I only started to warm up properly last year & I’ve noticed a difference in not only my glutes but also in the way I train. Stretching will also help to loosen up! Then do these exercises ☝🏼 The burn is crazy! Try to do these exercises for 30-45 secs & repeat 3 times. ☺️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
