My new favorite way to do squats! 🍑
The burns are real for this one! & what’s great is that it has close to no restrictions on your back unlike regular barbell squats that put a lot of pressure on your back. This is a great alternative if you have scoliosis like me. 👉🏼 Remember that you have to listen to your body & feel what your body needs. If you can’t do a certain workout, don’t feel discouraged, remember that you can always modify it to fit your needs.
▫️12 reps with 2 pulses, 4 sets
