Over the weekend I went to @henrywins 1 year anniversary of being Vegan. I love that he gives you lots of info and things to think about without any sort of judgement. He is an elevated soul. Because so many people in the world have their opinion and they think their opinion is right, and that if you don’t believe what they believe then you are wrong or stupid and then they get all upset and agitated if you don’t agree with them. And THEN I won a private with him in a raffle so I’m excited to learn lots of things from him because he’s the Yoga Asana Champion of the World!!! 🏆🥇 Such a great day. And this morning we took pictures together so I’m still riding high on the @henrywins vibes 💕
