So my New Years resolution is to get my squat better and heavier! Despite what people think, I will hardly ever use (normal)squats in my Glute Routine as 1 – I don’t feel the Glute activation. 2 – I have never been able to as heavy as other types of Squats due to balance.
So that’s my job for 2020! What’s yours?
