Let’s raise up the heat 🔥 This lower body routine will get you burning and toning those glutes 🍑 It’s honestly wayyy to hot in Florida atm but I did this outside for you all!⠀⠀

Sometimes changing the setting of where you workout can help bring in more motivation!⠀⠀

THE ROUTINE 💦⠀⠀
▫️sumo squat walk – jump | 4×10⠀⠀
▫️reverse lunge – side raise | 3×12 each side⠀⠀
▫️sumo deadlift | 3×15⠀⠀
▫️single leg deadlift | 3×10 each side⠀⠀
▫️stagger stance lunge | 3×12 each side⠀⠀
▫️banded side squats | 4×10⠀⠀
