The more conscious we are, the more we can create, connect, and evolve. The less conscious we are, the more we separate, stagnate, or even destruct.

Today someone was texting me some ‘glass half empty’ texts and I said reading the texts made me want to give them a big hug. And then they gave my text a thumbs down! No one has ever thumbs down-ed one of my texts before (not a yogi) 😂

This practice asks us to notice without judgement. Notice how you defend against certain experiences and emotions. Notice how your energy has been used as part of an adaptive strategy, how it serves you and how it no longer does. How are you holding yourself back? Live your potential and your full life force ✨
