So on weekends is when I usually have my cheat meals and I only have 2-3 cheat meals a week (mainly 2). I actually love all of my healthy meals throughout the week so much that it’s not a burden to me. I have learned what flavors and mixtures of foods I enjoy. Different spice convos can really transform a meal!⠀⠀

I find gratification in trying out new recipes and experimenting with different flavors!⠀⠀

I’m not the best at all and I use to not be good at combining spices and such but I got better the more I practiced trying out different recipes. I’m still learning so much though!⠀⠀

I recently found a new recipe that I’m in love with! So I don’t enjoy mushrooms because of the texture but I tolerate them & I eat them because I know they are amazing for us. I do like them in miso soup but that’s the only recipe I knew. I have been expanding my cooking skills with mushrooms and found out that we can bake mushrooms in the oven! Hahaha I might be late on this, but yes I just found out so here is the recipe and it’s so delicious!!⠀⠀

– crimini mushrooms⠀⠀
– 6 heads of garlic⠀⠀
– olive oil⠀⠀
– balsamic vinegar⠀⠀
– liquid aminos (or tamari or soy sauce)⠀⠀
– thyme⠀⠀
– salt & pepper⠀⠀

Bake in oven for 15-20 on 400F⠀⠀
