It’s a lifestyle, not a diet. I believe in the 80/20 rule when it comes to food. I eat 80% of my week healthy and 20% of it anything else I want. It feels so good to me to eat healthy but sometimes I want some pizza or ice cream 😆⠀

▫️Aphrodite’s Morning Fig Bar⠀
– It was like eating dessert for breakfast! So delicious! Came with a side of a fresh strawberry and coconut yogurt mixed with pitaya + cinnamon⠀

Mid Morning⠀
▫️Sakara Detox Tea⠀
– A mixture of red rooibos, lemongrass & rose. Tastes like a black tea but slightly sweeter and lighter. Has no caffeine and helps with digestion and detoxing. I had 2 more cups in between meals! (1 bag of tea will give you 3 cups of tea 😉)⠀

Lunch⠀
▫️Serenity Bowl⠀
– Pomegranate, earthy lentils, yellow beets, and butternut squash in a bed of greens. Came with a savory turmeric macadamia “feta”. Sweet and savory! ⠀

Dinner⠀
▫️Sakara Burger with Chili Cashew Creme⠀
– It was my favorite! The taste was so delicious and sooo filling. The dressing the salad came with made it such a pleasure to eat the leafy greens and having a warm patty is what hit the spot.⠀
