  • Your handstand practice is very good! How are your inversions? A good way to stregnthen the arms without weight in the wrists . Yogis are said to 10to20 min headstand and 5to15 min shoulderstand . And great variations #parsvasirsasana to stregnthen one arm and even #uttanamayurasana i challange any great yogi the pose of all poses!
